Too much staff

The first thing I noticed when I joined this forum is that almost everyone is admin, and a few people are moderater. You would need thousands of active members for this many admins, and yet there is no need to moderate when everyone is a staff member. I suggest that garraa682 depromotes everyone, but leaves one moderator and one admin.

There was technically only two admins since two were inactive and never were depromoted. Plus, there were much more active members. I personally think there should only be a webmaster and a few moderaters on most forums, but on this one the webmaster has no experience.

I doubt this forum will ever get enough members for this many admins. Plus you probably have little or no experience...

Okay,how about this,I will depremote anybody,and allow minimodding,whoever finds 2 breaking of the rules will win

1st person to find 2 violations-Admin
2nd-Admin
3rd-mod
4th-mod
5th-Mini mod
6th-mini mod

Or i could just depremote everybody and staffminship can be a award

I think you should have a vote for staff, kinda like presidents. Depromote everyone, and set up a poll.
